One of our clients is a $35mm, privately-held, 40 year-old manufacturer who is one of the leading innovators in the building materials industry. They are looking to grow their presence in Illinois and Wisconsin with a Territory Sales Manager calling on architects, consultants, contractors, and distributors. They're looking for someone with a commercial roofing background.
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Responsible for the successful promotion and sale of projects
- Identify, develop, and maintain a strong group of customers
- Call on architects, general contractors, installers, and some distribution
- Maintain a robust pipeline of pursuits at all key stages
- Business/Marketing/Engineering 4-year degree preferred
- Experience in commercial roofing, coatings, or building envelope
- Building and construction industry knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals at acceptable levels of profitability
