Overview
As an Accounting Manager at Naples Bay Resort & Marina, you'll be responsible for a portion of the general ledger accounting function under the direction of the Controller. Your duties include ensuring high performance accuracy, maintaining integrity of accounting procedures, records and reports, and assisting in timely preparation of financial reports. You'll work within Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and company Internal Control Standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, accounting expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a luxury waterfront resort environment.

What are we looking for?
The Accounting Manager is responsible, under direction from the Controller, for a portion of the general ledger accounting function and ensuring a high level of performance accuracy. The Accounting Manager will help maintain the integrity of all accounting procedures, records and reports. This individual will also be responsible for assisting the Controller in the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. All duties should be performed within the guidelines of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and with the company’s Internal Control Standards and objectives.
