Food & Beverage Assistant
We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our award-winning luxury hotel team in the stunning Scottish Highlands. This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fine dining restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive table service with a focus on product knowledge (wines, whiskies, local produce)
- Assist with mise-en-place, polishing, and maintaining impeccable presentation standards
- Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to private dining, weddings, and exclusive events
About You:
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment (essential)
- Excellent communication and a genuine love for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
- WSET or whisky knowledge is a bonus but not required—full training provided
- Flexible to work split shifts, weekends, and evenings

- £28,000 per annum
- Live-in accommodation available (deducted from salary)
