North West (Regional Travel Required)

- Lead the operational performance of domiciliary care services across the region
- Work closely with the owner to develop and execute the organisation's growth strategy
- Drive branch performance, service quality, compliance, and profitability
- Identify and pursue opportunities for sustainable business growth
- Support the mobilisation of new services, contracts, and geographical expansion
- Develop and mentor management teams to build a high-performing culture
- Ensure services consistently meet and exceed CQC and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders
- Implement systems, processes, and structures to support future growth
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within Domiciliary Care or Homecare
- Strong track record of growing and scaling care services
- Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth and profitability
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality standards
- Experience developing and implementing growth strategies
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to balance operational excellence with commercial objectives
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the North West
