Description
[Key Responsibilities]
Asset and Warehouse Management
- Maintain and update asset inventory records, including location, condition, and status.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and spare parts.
- Regularly check and confirm physical assets and make sure they match the accounting records.
- Conduct regular physical asset verification and reconciliation with accounting records.
- Make sure asset management practices follow company policies and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company asset control policies and audit requirements.
- Provide regular reports on asset consumption, stock levels, and procurement status.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to asset and contract management
- Support Finance and Project teams in asset capitalization and depreciation tracking
Contract Management
- Maintain a centralized database of all active contracts and agreements.
- Monitor contract validity, renewal dates, and performance obligations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure contract compliance.
- Support management in reviewing contract terms and identifying potential risks.
Procurement
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
Landlord Agreement Management
- Agreement addendum & supplement
- Rental payment confirmation with Finance team
