Overview
As a Staff Accountant/Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll support the Senior Accountant and Finance Department by performing various accounting, financial, and administrative functions. Your responsibilities include accounts payable processing, month-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, fixed asset tracking and depreciation, financial reporting, cash management, accounts receivable support, payroll backup coverage, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization's financial operations. We require an associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field and prefer minimum one year of accounting or related financial experience.
