We're looking for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our finance team. You'll play an integral role in strengthening the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting, working closely with finance, operations, and sales. - Prepare, update, and verify accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records
- Partner with finance, operations, and sales to gather the information needed for reconciliations
- Monitor and manage rebate programs — tracking eligibility, calculating rebates, and ensuring timely submissions
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, accurately recording acquisitions, disposals, and transfers
- Maintain accurate deposit records and reconcile them against accounting systems
- Physical inventory valuation reporting
- Vendor payment reconciliations
Requirements
- Accounting experience or an Associate's degree in Business or Accounting
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office; Excel proficiency preferred
- Proven experience with account reconciliation and month-end close processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
