RN/LPN – Med Surg – Full-Time
Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO, that focuses on personalized care. Requirements
What to expect as a Med Surg RN/LPN:
- Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management.
- Work in a teamwork environment.
- Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills.
- Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.
Qualifications:
- Current Missouri RN license or current Missouri LPN IV-Certified license.
- Previous Med Surg (1-3 years preferred) or related experience desired.
- BLS certification required.
- Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
