The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, from strategizing and planning to execution and analysis. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a significant impact on their marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve client objectives- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor insights- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including content, social media campaigns, and advertisements- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) to increase brand awareness and lead generation- Track and report on key performance metrics to monitor the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement- Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries- Support new business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and pitches Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a marketing role- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies- Solid understanding of various marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to drive innovative marketing ideas and solutions- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools is a plus- Experience working with diverse clients and industries is preferred- A passion for marketing and a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.Salary: $98,000-$113,000 per year If you are an ambitious and results-driven marketer looking to make a meaningful impact for our clients, we want to hear from you!
