About the role:
The Marketing Specialist (internally called Marketing Project Coordinator) simultaneously manages multiple marketing projects and campaigns, maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the team's brand, drive business development, and support property marketing efforts. This role partners closely with brokers to create compelling client presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral while ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all channels.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen team branding, business development, and property marketing across digital, print, website, email, and social media channels.
- Develop and manage social media strategy with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize content, improve efficiency, and increase engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of marketing projects, ensuring the timely development of proposals, presentations, property marketing campaigns, websites, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Partner with brokers, research, and marketing professionals to develop data-driven marketing strategies, market insights, client presentations, and pursuit materials; present recommendations and marketing strategies directly to clients and participate in client meetings.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee the planning and execution of client events, social gatherings, property tours, open houses, marketing photography, and custom-branded promotional gifts that enhance client engagement and team visibility.
What you bring:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work within critical deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- This is a full-time, in-office role with regular on-site collaboration required.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $70,304 to $84,872
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
