Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and agile marketing specialist, who can transform market trends and AB’s investment insights into engaging, investor-friendly stories. This role focuses on conceptualizing, producing, and executing multimedia content—from articles and infographics to short videos and animations—while supporting the team in driving product visibility and sales impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead writing: Develop content angles and outlines; write clear, investor-friendly articles, briefs, and explainers in Mandarin (and English) that translate AB’s investment insights into messages that resonate with Taiwan investors.
• Scriptwriting & multimedia storytelling: Plan and script videos, shorts, and animations with compelling hooks, narratives, and CTAs tailored for social and distributor channels.
• Interview & translate into stories: Conduct interviews with AB portfolio managers, business leads, and product specialists or utilize existing group resources to create timely, insightful local content that closely aligns with Taiwan’s business focus.
• AI-assisted multimedia production: Capable of utilizing the group approved AI tools and video-editing software to efficiently produce and edit short videos. Support integrated product campaigns with creative content and ensure alignment across platforms. Manage compliance review and production timelines for all multimedia deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 5~10 years of experience as a financial journalist, editor, marketing specialist in Finance, or multimedia producer preferred.
• Certified Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional (投信投顧業務員證照) or Certified Securities Specialist (證券商高級業務員證照)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex investment topics.
• Experience in content planning, video scripting, and vendor coordination. Familiar with video editing tools such as PlayPlay, Heygen etc.
• Ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines. Familiarity with digital platforms and social media content formats.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
