Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist, UK supports the Head of Marketing, UK in coordinating marketing activity across TADE businesses in the United Kingdom. This is a generalist, coordination focused role covering social media, digital content, collateral tracking, and trade show logistics support, working closely with specialist teams in Brand and Creative Services, Trade Shows and Events, and Communications and Public Relations, and engaging external agency support where capacity requires.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Marketing, UK in executing marketing plans across TADE UK businesses, including campaigns, content, and digital activity.
Coordinate with the Brand and Creative Services team to brief and track on-brand collateral, datasheets, and presentations for UK product lines.
Manage day-to-day LinkedIn and social media activity for UK businesses, including post scheduling, content calendars, and engagement monitoring.
Maintain and update UK-facing digital content, including website pages, in line with Teledyne brand standards.
Provide local logistics and administrative support for UK trade shows, working under the direction of the Director of Trade Shows and Events.
Track collateral needs across UK businesses, maintaining a working log of requests, priorities, and production status.
Support internal communications and PR requests originating from UK businesses, liaising with the Communications and Public Relations function as needed.
Identify and engage external agency support for specialist or high-volume activity, such as content production or campaign execution, where capacity across the UK portfolio requires it.
Job Qualifications:
Experience in a marketing or marketing coordination role, ideally within a technical, industrial, or defence and aerospace environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic content management or website tools.
Clear written communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and formatting.
Comfortable working across multiple business units and stakeholder groups, including specialist creative and events teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Willingness to travel within the UK or Europe for trade shows and site visits.
