Aston Advantage is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our growing Australian recruitment business. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, motivated, and eager to learn. Whether you have a background in marketing, content creation, social media, graphic design, or video editing, we're more interested in your attitude, initiative, and ability to learn quickly than years of experience.

 

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and leadership team to help grow the Aston brand, attract candidates and clients, and create engaging content across multiple digital channels.

What You'll Be Doing 

Creating engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Designing graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials
Editing short-form videos for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and social media
Assisting with candidate attraction and client marketing campaigns
Updating website content and job advertisements
Maintaining and improving data quality within our ATS and marketing databases
Supporting employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment campaigns
Monitoring marketing performance and engagement metrics
Working alongside the Marketing Manager to execute creative marketing strategies

What We're Looking For

Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and marketing
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High attention to detail
Basic experience with social media and/or other digital marketing
Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills
