Position Overview:
Provides advanced engineering expertise and leadership in project planning, design, and technical problem solving. Guides junior engineers and supports complex engineering projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and engineering problem-solving efforts
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff
- Review and approve technical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project execution
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Master’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience
Work Environment:
- Combination of office, lab, and field settings
- Team collaboration and independent technical work
