Description
You will play a critical role across supporting DACH commercial and marketing operations to take the best decisions, partnering with the GM on strategy and planning, owning category management, and leading cross-functional projects that connect decisions to growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, blending strategy, operations, and data analysis.
The role will be based in Berlin, Germany (no relocation packages planned)
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial and marketing operations support to make sure we take the best decisions (campaigns, deals, channels mix).
- Category management: develop and execute targeted category strategies to unlock additional growth
- DACH strategy (defining priorities with GM) and planning: partner with the GM to set top priorities and cascade them into targets, informed by market insights and data
- Cross-functional project management: lead initiatives spanning Commercial, Operations, Marketing turning analysis into shipped decisions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 6+ years in consulting, pricing, revenue/category management, operations, data analytics or investment banking
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions, with SQL proficiency (or ability to learn it fast)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset, with a focus on actionable insights
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear, impactful strategies
- Proficient in English
