IT Senior Strategy and Planning Program Manager

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an IT Sr. Strategy and Planning Program Manager working remotely, you will be a central figure responsible for driving the strategic development, planning, and execution of complex IT programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and long-term organizational vision. You will play a vital role in translating strategic intent into actionable IT roadmaps and large-scale program delivery.Every day, you will leverage your advanced program management and strategic planning expertise to orchestrate cross-functional teams, meticulously define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage complex interdependencies across multiple projects. To be successful in this role, you will combine extensive experience in IT program management, a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Effectively manage IT investment strategy and planning for the Consumer, Clnical Applications and Data (CCAD) organization
• Engage with CCAD VPs to stay abreast of priorities, strategies and goals
• Engage in stakeholder meetings to stay abreast of investment requests and their alignment to strategy
• Identify and clarify business objectives for all CCAD IT investment requests
• Ensure investments are aligned to the strategic direction of the CCAD organization and national
• Continuously evaluate ways to maximize the value of all CCAD IT investments

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelors Other or equivalent work experience.
• Ten (10) years of IT experience.
• Experience engaging and influencing Sr leaders.

Preferred

• Previous experience engaging in strategy, planning or organizational performance assessment.
• Experience in monitoring the health of division strategy and plan.
• Project Management Professional, PMP
