You will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees while supporting both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

In this role you will:
Talent acquisition
Manage recruitment processes from vacancy to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
Learning & development
Coordinate learning initiatives and development programmes.
Support managers in building talent and strengthening capabilities.
Help foster a culture of continuous learning.
Performance management
Support performance and talent management processes.
Guide managers on goal setting, feedback and employee development.
HR projects & operations
Support and lead HR projects related to processes, systems and organisational development.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide operational HR support when business priorities require it.
Data & insights
Use HR data to support decision-making and identify trends.
Contribute to HR reporting and dashboards.
Promote a fact-based approach to people decisions.
