We are establishing the leadership team required to integrate product, technology, industrialisation, services, partnership and business case activities into a single coherent programme.
The Programme executive role will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the programme develops as an integrated, executable and selectable proposition. This role is not a traditional programme management position. You will be responsible for creating the operating system that enables the programme to succeed.
Working directly for the SVP Narrowbody, you will lead programme integration across multiple workstreams, ensuring that strategic ambition is translated into a credible delivery plan and that leadership has clear visibility of readiness, risks and critical decisions.

- Create and manage the programme critical path
- Ensure alignment across product, technology, industrialisation, partnership, services and business case workstreams
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and trade-offs
- Support strategic decision making through integrated programme analysis
Programme Readiness
- Establish a programme readiness framework covering all major workstreams
- Lead maturity and readiness reviews
- Assess progress against key programme milestones and approval gates
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility of programme health and emerging risks
- Drive actions required to improve programme readiness
Governance & Delivery Management
- Establish effective governance structures and reporting mechanisms
- Lead programme review processes
- Own programme risk and opportunity management
- Ensure robust decision management and escalation processes
- Coordinate preparation for executive, board and approval reviews
Stakeholder Leadership
- Build strong relationships across Engineering, Technology, Industrialisation, Commercial, Finance and Services functions
- Support alignment between programme leadership and functional leaders
- Facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional issues.
Preferred requirement:
- Strong programme management and engineering experience
- Ability to re-think established practices and processes
- Industrialisation and supply chain experience preferable
- Resilient, self-motivated and accomplished at forming relationships and influencing people at all levels in the company.
