Description
Work Location: East
Working Hour/Day: 8.00am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri
Job Descriptions:
- Processing and recording transactions including purchase requisitions and invoices
- Checking and monitoring status of transactions
- Updating SAP
- Ensuring compliance with company’s policies and regulations
- Ensuring efficient and smooth workflow Providing administration support (e.g. security clearance, purchases)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- Proficiency with SAP, Tableau, Excel Spreadsheet
- Experience in Data Analytics is a bonus
- Familiarity with accounting principles will be an added advantage
- Resourceful with good communication skills
- Diploma/Degree in Aerospace/Aviation industry
Salary: S$2,700 - S$3,600
