General Manager

Our client is a boutique resort in Lombok with a relatively small inventory of -/+ 15 rooms.

Despite its intimate size, the resort features a busy, well-established restaurant and a strong focus on yoga and wellness.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• Coming from F&B background
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a current #2 would be considered
• Experience working in boutique resort environment
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Hands-on and able to lead a small, but dedicated team
• Able to prioritize and asses guest complaints
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
• Well presented, sociable, good PR skills, will be “the face” of the resort
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service and personalized guest experience
• Passion for people development and customer care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, team builder
• Strong leadership skills – able to set the direction, motivate and lead the team
• Highly organized and efficient
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure
• Outgoing pleasant personality
• Proactive and result driven
• High attention to detail
