## Main Responsabilities

o Develop and execute tactical marketing plans aligned with business priorities and regional objectives.

o Support demand generation initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with Sales and the dealer network.

o Coordinate marketing programs and commercial activation initiatives, ensuring effective execution and follow-up.

o Monitor campaign and business performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend actions.

o Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, dealers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

o Support the implementation and continuous improvement of marketing and sales processes, tools and best practices.

o Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely execution and communication.

o Experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial or related business functions.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups.

o Analytical mindset and ability to translate data and business needs into actionable marketing initiatives.

o Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

o Ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority.

o Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.

o Advanced English.

o Portuguese will be considered a plus

## What Makes You Stand Out

o Experience working with dealer or distribution networks.

o Knowledge of Construction & Forestry markets, customers and commercial dynamics.

o Experience with demand generation, lead management, CRM and sales enablement initiatives.

o Experience developing and executing tactical marketing plans and campaigns.

o Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure marketing effectiveness and support business decisions.

o Experience working in a multicultural or regional environment across Latin America.

o Ability to lead projects and drive change across multiple stakeholders.

## Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
