Join an established international fiduciary organisation as a Trust Manager, managing a portfolio of international trusts and legal entities while acting as a trusted point of contact for high-net-worth clients and their professional advisers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts, companies and legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as the principal point of contact for clients, overseeing trust and fiduciary structures, succession planning matters and wealth preservation arrangements.
- Ensure that client structures remain aligned with their individual objectives, family circumstances and long-term wealth planning needs.
- Work closely with legal, tax, investment and other professional advisers to provide integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and their advisers.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Review trust accounts, financial statements and other reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Monitor the ongoing administration and compliance of structures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of international trust, fiduciary and estate planning developments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, AML/KYC and internal requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of data protection when handling sensitive client information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fiduciary processes and client service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- TEP/STEP, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in trust administration or fiduciary services, with proven experience managing international clients and complex structures.
- Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning principles, international tax considerations and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Previous experience working with HNW/UHNW clients and their professional advisers.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit.
