Trust Manager

This leading Swiss international trust company plays a strategic role in supporting clients in achieving their financial and structuring objectives across fiduciary services, trusts, domestic and international tax, legal advisory, and broader financial solutions.

With a well-established presence headquartered in Zurich and a network of international offices, the firm serves a sophisticated client base including HNWIs, law firms, family offices, and financial institutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial companies, trusts, and foundations within an international environment
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality communication and relationship management
• Oversee administrative and compliance matters, including FATCA, AML, and CRS requirements
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and supervision of client and entity data and documentation
• Contribute actively to client-driven projects and support business growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and identify new opportunities for client engagement

Requirements

• STEP certification (completed or in progress)
• University degree in Law, Economics, or a related discipline
• Proven experience within the international trust and fiduciary industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute to business development efforts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Comfortable with industry-standard IT tools and open to digital innovation
• Fluency in English and German is essential; additional languages are a strong asset
