Description
Healthcare’s helping hand.
CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.
Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to drive user adoption of the Client Sales Tool (CST). This role is not a traditional requirements-and-documentation BSA position; it is built around relentless, daily engagement with users. You will live in the usage data, know exactly who is and isn't using CST, and personally follow up by phone, email, and in person.
We want to understand the needs, limits, challenges, and hopes of every user who is trying to grow our business with clients. Success in this role looks like steadily climbing utilization numbers, not polished documentation. You will also research the root causes behind low adoption and build the training that closes those gaps.
Responsibilities:
- Daily usage review: Review CST usage reports and user feedback every day to identify who is adopting, who is lagging, and where friction is occurring
- Relentless user follow-up: Call and follow up with individual users daily (especially those who are not using CST as expected) and keep following up until adoption improves or a genuine blocker is identified
- Utilization tracking: Track utilization metrics over time and maintain an adoption scorecard or dashboard that shows progress by user, team, and division
- Hold users accountable: Proactively and persistently reach out to ("hound") non-adopters and low-usage users; treating chasing down usage as a core, daily responsibility rather than an occasional task
- Adoption research: Dig into why users aren't adopting CST: interview users, observe workflows, and analyze usage patterns to uncover root causes
- Training & enablement: Build and deliver training: live sessions, quick-reference guides, walkthroughs -- tailored to the specific gaps uncovered through research and user conversations
- User support: Serve as the primary point of contact for CST users, resolving simple questions directly and routing recurring or systemic feedback to the product team
- Stakeholder relationships: Build relationships with users and stakeholders across divisions so that follow-up lands as helpful coaching rather than nagging
- Escalation: Escalate persistent non-adoption to leadership with a clear summary of who is affected, why, and what's been tried
- Playbook development: Document and continuously refine the outreach cadence, talking points, and training materials used to drive adoption
Qualifications:
- Relentless & Persistent Comfortable making repeated calls and follow-ups, and doesn't let a non-response end the conversation
- Data-Driven Reads usage reports and dashboards fluently and turns numbers into a daily follow-up list
- Communication Direct, clear, and confident on the phone and in writing; comfortable delivering an accountability message without being abrasive
- Training & Facilitation Can design and deliver effective training and quick-reference materials for varied audiences
- Root-Cause Thinking Digs past the symptom ("they aren't using it") to the underlying cause and proposes a fix
- Stakeholder Engagement Builds trust with stakeholders at all levels so follow-up is well received
- Puts People First Demonstrates empathy and actively listens to users' real constraints while still holding the line on adoption goals
Education & Years of Experience:
- BS preferred in a relevant field, but relevant professional experience (customer success, sales operations, support, training) is accepted in place of a degree
- 3+ years of experience in a role involving direct, sustained user outreach -- customer success, account management, sales operations, adoption/change management, or similar
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in a user adoption, customer success, or change-management role tied to a specific software tool or CRM
- Familiarity with CRM or sales-enablement tools (Salesforce or similar) and with reporting/BI tools used to track usage
- Experience building or delivering end-user training and quick-reference materials
- Comfortable with a high daily volume of calls and follow-ups, and organized enough to track them without letting anyone slip through the cracks
