  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable/Cash Application team to ensure timely, accurate application and reconciliation of customer and insurance receivables across all locations.
  • Direct daily Treasury Operations, including cash positioning, daily cash funding, and bank account administration supporting over 1,800 locations.
  • Direct Money Movement activities, including wire and ACH processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and approval workflows.
  • Manage the Purchasing Card program administration and the expense report review process.
  • Ensure treasury activities comply with treasury policies, banking agreements, accounting guidelines, and covenant reporting requirements related to the company's credit facilities.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate general ledger (GL) reporting and reconciliation of treasury-related transactions.
  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs for the AR/Cash Application, Treasury Operations, and Money Movement teams, and report results to the SVP, FP&A and Treasury on a regular cadence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to increase efficiency and strengthen controls across cash application, treasury operations, and money movement.
  • Prepare cash position analyses, reporting, and presentations for senior management.
  • Lead and facilitate projects that interface banking platforms with enterprise systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional leadership meetings supporting new product development and launches.
  • Mentor and develop treasury team members to raise the skill level across the group.
  • Effectively communicate and provide presentations to all levels of the organization.
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury activities; maintain and strengthen internal controls across all treasury functions, escalating policy exceptions or control gaps to the SVP, FP&A and Treasury.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA is preferred.
  • Eight or more years of progressive treasury, cash management, or related finance experience is required, including 4 or more years managing multiple teams or functions.
