The CFO Organization at Snap includes Accounting, Business Partner Finance, Business Planning & Operations, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Partnerships & Strategy, Tax, and Treasury teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury to join Snap Inc!

As a senior leader on the Treasury team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling Snap's global treasury operations. Working from our Santa Monica, CA or Chandler, AZ office, you will collaborate with global teams and partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and other business teams to support the company's operations at scale.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage Snap’s global corporate treasury operations across a complete range of Treasury activities (cash management, inter-company transactions, cash funding, cash flow forecasting, FX and payments)
• Drive and own key workstreams within the Kyriba Treasury Management System implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities across cash management, financial transactions, payments, reporting, and accounting modules
• Manage banking relationships and oversee bank account administration including KYC documentation, authorized signatory updates,  FBAR reporting and compliance with regulatory and banking requirements
• Lead the execution of SOX treasury controls, ensuring timely completion of evidence, documentation, and audit support for all Treasury business process and IT controls
• Support and develop a team of treasury professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, and Legal to support inter-company transactions, capital allocations, share buybacks, inter-company loans, and other treasury operations projects
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across treasury operations, including automation and AI-driven enhancements that reduce manual effort and increase control quality

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Deep expertise in treasury operations including cash management, payments, investment management, FX, and banking administration
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale treasury transformation projects, including Treasury Management System implementations (Kyriba experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of SOX controls frameworks and experience owning control execution and audit evidence for treasury-related processes
• Self started who can operate effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with cross-functional teams
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, and superior attention to detail
• Significant expertise with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint Very solid experience using various Treasury, banking, and financial reporting systems ie) Kyriba, Banking portals, Clearwater
• Experience utilizing and deploying AI tools and agents 

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
• 8+ years of relevant treasury professional experience 

 

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree, MBA, CPA or equivalent 
• Experience within a publicly traded company treasury function is highly preferred

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.

 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
