Are you a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a full-time LSA to join a supportive and welcoming educational setting in Southampton, supporting students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

This is a long-term opportunity with an immediate start, making it ideal for candidates who are available to begin work straight away and are looking for consistency and stability within a rewarding role.

The Role:

• Supporting students with additional learning needs in and out of the classroom
• Working alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences
• Encouraging student confidence, independence and participation
• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment

We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people in an education, care or support setting
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting students to succeed
• A current Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Up-to-date Safeguarding Training
