Description
The Sourcing Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance, optimizing terms, and mitigating risks. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve cost savings and secure favorable agreements.
* Develop, negotiate, and administer a wide range of sourcing contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements, with suppliers globally.
* Review, analyze, and interpret complex contractual terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with legal, procurement, engineering, and other internal departments to ensure contract terms align with business objectives and legal requirements.
* Lead and support supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable supply chains.
* Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation.
* Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and support the resolution of contract-related disputes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records within the company’s contract management system.
* Identify and implement process improvements for contract management and sourcing activities.
* Ensure compliance with Jabil's policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all contractual dealings.
