Associate Talent Sourcing Specialist
6-Month Contract
Location: Leeds, UK or Warsaw, Poland

As an Associate Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll help us find the talented scientists and business professionals who make that work possible. No medical background is required – just a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and a desire to make an impact.
What You'll Do:
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Engage candidates through personalized outreach and assess initial fit for opportunities.
Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives where appropriate.
Share talent market insights and competitor intelligence with the wider TA team.
Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target talent pools.
What We're Looking For:
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent research and information-gathering abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, customer engagement or a similar people-focused environment.
Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or talent sourcing tools.
Additional European language skills.
