E-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our Digital Trade team here at Harrods.

About The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the E-Commerce Assistant including data governance, efficient management of product merchandising, trade reporting, managing stakeholder communications and executing trading actions.

You will also;

• Maintain custom edits on site (Bestsellers, Exclusives, Just In, Trends)

• Use web analytics data from Google Analytics to identify insights and actions from the reports

• Update, maintain and merchandise category pages with the new products that have been published, as required

• Support with brand communications

About You

The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset (retail, and E-Commerce experience Is preferred) and Previous experience with Microsoft office, and google analytics. It is important in this role to have strong attention to detail and be confident when it comes to stakeholder management.

We are also looking for someone who has clear communication skills both written and verbal and has the ability to multitask. You must be a team player with excellent Time Management skills with the desire to learn and grow.
