About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent participants across a range of ages and support needs. You will deliver neuro-affirming, person-centred services that help individuals build skills, improve participation, and achieve meaningful goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments
- Complete Sensory Processing Assessments
- Deliver capacity-building supports
- Implement emotional regulation strategies
- Support fine and gross motor skill development
- Provide parent and carer coaching
- Facilitate individual and group-based interventions
- Collaborate with participants, families, and support networks
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reports

- Current AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver's Licence

- Commitment to delivering high-quality participant outcomes
