Driving Innovation from Concept to Commercialization

At Qnity Interconnect Solutions (ICS), we partner with customers to bring breakthrough technologies to life through innovative materials-based solutions.

As our Project Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in turning ideas into successful commercial products, working across a dynamic global organization and collaborating with industry-leading customers.

In this highly visible role, you will lead strategic regional but also global projects guiding cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization. You will partner with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and sustainable business growth.

We are seeking a driven, agile project leader with a hunter mindset who thrives on identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and turning innovative ideas into commercial success. You are energized by fast-paced environments, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about bringing cross-functional teams together to deliver results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage complex, high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
• Drive project execution from early-stage innovation through successful market launch.
• Align global and regional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and customer commitments.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Prioritize project portfolios based on strategic value and business impact.
• Provide clear communication and leadership across teams, functions, and regions.
• Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best project management practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial, materials, or engineering environments.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving results in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with commercialization, new product development, or customer-driven innovation projects.

Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Experience within adhesives, laminates, converting, automotive, or electrification markets.
• Early-stage innovation and product development experience.
