This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.

 

Your Role

 

Manage enterprise AI roadmap, develop and maintain enterprise AI value framework, reporting, consolidate annual and quarterly AI initiative plans across components, ensure internal alignment and collaboration.

 

Main Responsibilities and Impact:

• Consolidate business-unit level plans for AI initiatives to deliver against enterprise AI strategy priorities, plan and lead the execution of corporate AI initiatives.
• Build and maintain the enterprise AI initiative roadmap to ensure delivery, in alignment with strategic priorities.
• Identify and lead select priority projects, collaborating with relevant teams from across the Corporation and external vendors as needed.
• Develop a value measurement framework to track progress and return on value of AI initiatives.
• Act as the key connector between leadership and execution, translating business needs into actionable AI initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define delivery priorities, milestones and needs.
• Translate and summarize concepts, updates and challenges into clear, executive‑ready communication and act as an AI evangelist across departments/components.
• Act as project manager/ program manager for select, cross-functional initiatives.
• Measure and report on AI impact through key metrics such as productivity gains, time savings, and business ROI.
• Support cross-functional execution of AI initiatives.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for enterprise AI projects.
• Ensure operational excellence in delivery of AI project & products.
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms for enterprise AI initiatives and overall, AI strategy for internal alignment, SET/Board level visibility.
• Oversee delivery of commitments relating to domestic and international AI partnerships and industry support activities.

 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Project management certifications (eg: PMP) are a strong plus.

 

Experience (relevant to the role):

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or GTM Operations.
• Demonstrable ability to analyze business metrics, generate actionable insights and report on performance.
• Key asset: Proficiency with enterprise and consumer AI tools such as LLMs for productivity, familiarity with AI agents and related workflows.
• Familiarity with project management tools to maintain rigorous schedule, identify critical path.
• Experience and ease using AI to monitor and drive program management deliverables .
• Experience with designing value frameworks in the context of enterprise-level AI implementations.
• Proven ability to decompose strategic priorities with multiple dependencies into clear workstreams, milestones and deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience managing external partner or client relationships as a primary point of contact.
• A self-starter who can work independently to achieve goals on time.
• Strong "follow-through" mindset with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• High degree of agility and comfort with changing or evolving strategic directions.
