Job Description:
Job Purpose
Responsible for the product management of Fleet customer and card (payment form factor) solutions on Fleet Foundation and Legacy platforms as part of the Fleet Products and Services ecosystem in Europe!
Key Accountabilities
- Gatekeeper to business partners on demand of the product.
- End-to-end product roadmap coordination.
- Commercial viability assessment.
- Market and customer needs analysis.
- Feature definition and acceptance criteria.
- Ownership and prioritisation of the backlog.
- Support for the OLS and Cardex products.
Decision Rights
- Decide the future product outlook.
- Work together with the respective Product Owners, Scrum Teams in the CVP&E area, and Digital Service Owners.
Job Holder Requirements
Education
- Master's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
Experience
- Experience within the Fleet and payments market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Excellent understanding of the B2B/B2C cards and payments business and market.
- Consistent track record of dealing with complex situations that result in enhanced value.
