Global ICO Systems Manager will be responsible for shaping, measuring and continuously improving system and process elements to deliver business value. The role partners with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and other BPEs to manage the current process (including ensuring proposed changes are aligned to the intended future state), define the future end‑to‑end process vision and roadmap, ensuring high‑quality, well‑controlled and user‑centric processes are created, and drive the transition from current state to future state through disciplined execution, strong governance and effective change delivery. They support the Global ICO team in maximising value delivery through rigorous performance management, adoption oversight and continuous improvement activities, to ensuring that committed benefits are realised and sustained.
Strong technical understanding of intercompany trade of goods and services within Record‑to‑Decision, including how intercompany transactions are initiated, fulfilled, billed, accounted for, reconciled, and reflected in group reporting. Key focus on Global ICO reporting, Trading Partner reporting and understanding of Haleon Trading Services (HTS), Haleon Exports (HxL) recording and reporting, VAT treatments, hedging, cash flow policy.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Intercompany Systems Strategy & Ownership
Serve as the global business lead for Intercompany systems, reporting platforms, and associated technologies supporting intercompany operations.
Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for Intercompany Trade (ICT), Trading Partner management, and reporting solutions.
Drive the evolution of the intercompany operating model through simplification, automation, and standardization initiatives.
Ensure system enhancements and process changes align with the target-state finance architecture and strategic objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Global Business Services, and Digital & Technology teams for intercompany-related solutions.
Process Design, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Partner with the BPO and cross-functional stakeholders to design future-state end-to-end intercompany processes.
Assess current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, controls, data quality, and cost efficiency.
Simplify the communication and understanding of Haleon’s Trading Partner operating model, intercompany profit elimination processes, and ICT landscape.
Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather business requirements and validate proposed solutions.
Drive process decisions through established governance forums and ensure timely communication of outcomes.
Ensure global process consistency while accommodating necessary regional and business-specific requirements.
Reporting, Analytics & Performance Management
Own and enhance Global ICO reporting, profit elimination reporting, and management information frameworks.
Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational effectiveness and process health.
Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and value realization outcomes.
Systems, Data & Technology Leadership
Act as subject matter expert for intercompany systems including SAP S/4HANA, ICT platforms, Bison, and associated reporting tools.
Develop a strong understanding of data flows, interfaces, system dependencies, and reporting architecture.
Partner with technology teams to prioritize enhancements, resolve production issues, and improve user experience.
Drive automation opportunities through workflow solutions, continuous accounting, robotics, and advanced analytics.
Ensure master data governance and data integrity across trading partner and intercompany reporting structures.
Change Delivery & Transformation
Support transformation programs by ensuring business readiness for system and process changes.
Partner with change management teams to assess people impacts and implement adoption strategies.
Develop process documentation, operating procedures, training materials, and communication plans.
Support user acceptance testing, deployment activities, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.
Measure adoption, monitor benefits realization, and drive continuous optimization post go-live.
Transition & Business Continuity Management
Partner with Business Continuity and Operational teams to design and manage interim operating models during transformation periods.
Ensure transition plans minimize disruption to business operations and financial reporting activities.
Monitor risks and establish mitigation plans throughout implementation phases.
Support sustainable transition from temporary states to permanent operating models.
Controls, Risk & Compliance
Maintain a strong control environment across intercompany processes and systems.
Identify control gaps, process risks, and compliance issues, implementing sustainable mitigation measures.
Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Internal Controls, Risk Management, Tax, Treasury, and Audit teams.
Support compliance with transfer pricing, VAT, statutory, and financial reporting obligations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Build strong, trusted relationships across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Tax, Treasury, Technology, and Global Business Services organizations.
Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
Champion the intercompany process vision and ensure business requirements are represented in strategic forums.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience within Finance, Intercompany Operations, Business Process Management, ERP systems, or Transformation roles in complex multinational organizations.
Strong experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Manufacturing, or similarly complex global environments.
Demonstrated expertise in:
Intercompany trade and accounting
Record-to-Report processes
Financial systems and reporting
Process improvement and transformation
Global operating models and governance frameworks
Preferred :
Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ICT, Bison, or equivalent finance systems is highly desirable.
