Sales Representative

     Ultrapolymers, part of one of Europe's leading polymer distribution groups, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales of our complete product portfolio, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the company's continued growth.

Location: SOFIA, Bulgaria

What We Are Looking For

·       University degree.

·       Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing commercial role.

·       Fluent in English.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

·       Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Results-oriented approach, with the ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

·       Drive sales growth and market development in Bulgaria, in line with the company's commercial objectives and strategy.

·       Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

·       Promote and sell the full Ultrapolymers product portfolio to industrial customers.

·       Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and market activities to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.

·       Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and business development initiatives.

·       Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate commercial solutions that support long-term partnerships.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, visit reports, and sales opportunities within the CRM system.

·       Monitor and actively follow up on sales opportunities to ensure effective conversion and business growth.

·       Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, profitability objectives, and budget commitments.

·       Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient execution of business activities.

·       Act as a trusted partner for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, retention, and long-term business cooperation.

·       Perform all activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and strategic objective.
