  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional levels of service and support.
  • Build new client relationships through networking, referrals and market engagement activities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key introducers and referrers.
  • Coach and support referrers to identify opportunities and connect potential clients with Gallagher.
  • Demonstrate specialist knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, group risk and employee benefits solutions.
  • Manage corporate employee benefits and group risk arrangements, including renewals, scheme implementation, re-broking exercises, claims support and member communications.
  • Conduct annual client reviews and consultations as required.
  • Research market solutions and recommend products aligned to client needs and objectives.
  • Complete detailed financial reviews, fact finds and risk profiling exercises.
  • Prepare tailored financial recommendations and reports for both individual and corporate clients.
  • Support clients throughout the decision-making process, ensuring they fully understand their options.
  • Maintain strong relationships with accountants, solicitors and other professional contacts to generate mutual business opportunities.
  • Keep clients informed of relevant market developments, legislative changes and new financial solutions.

About you

  • Experience in a similar Financial Services role.
  • QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) designation in line with the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code.
  • Relevant retirement planning or employee benefits qualification, such as RPA (Retirement Planning Adviser) or CFP®.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and financial planning solutions.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining CPD requirements and regulatory standards.

Desirable

  • Experience managing employee benefits and group risk arrangements.
  • Knowledge of corporate pension schemes, group life assurance, group income protection and healthcare solutions.
