Spanish Retention Agent – FX Industry

About the Role

Our client is expanding and looking for an experienced Spanish Retention Agent to join their growing FX team.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in client retention, revenue generation and meeting performance targets within the FX industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an existing portfolio of clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct professional outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Identify client needs, concerns and opportunities.
• Apply effective retention and sales strategies.
• Maximize client value and improve retention rates.
• Work towards and exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records and CRM activity.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish speaker.
• Minimum 1 year of proven Retention Agent experience in the FX industry.
• Proven results and strong retention performance required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and client-management abilities.
• Target-driven, ambitious and results-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced FX environment.
