  • Perform new supplier qualifications, maintain qualification records, and provide regular updates on supplier performance and readiness.

  • Support supplier onboarding activities and coordinate supplier exit processes when needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and supplier quality to align supplier strategies with business and product quality requirements.

  • Provide technical and quality guidance to suppliers related to manufacturing processes, quality systems, and compliance expectations.

  • Use data analysis, technical knowledge, and sound judgment to solve moderately complex supplier quality issues and support decision-making.

  • Influence stakeholders and suppliers through clear communication, collaboration, and consensus-building.

  • Serve as a quality resource and share best practices with internal teams and suppliers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience OR associate’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience

  • Minimum 4 years of professional quality systems or supplier quality experience

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

  • Experience leading projects, initiatives, or cross-functional improvement efforts

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, document, and execute programs effectively

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and apply technical requirements in a supplier environment

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across functions and build productive supplier relationships

  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to support alignment, drive accountability, and achieve results

  • Adaptable, transparent, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
