Accounts Payable Analyst

Are you an Accounts Payable Professional seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team!
What Will You Do in This Role?
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function, including: the recording of financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records, preparing reports that summarize and forecast business activity, and standardizing and streamlining work procedures. The overall goal of the team is to process payments accurately and timely, while striving for high internal and external customer satisfaction.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Minimum of five or more years of experience in full cycle accounts payable review and analysis
- Expert understanding of business processes of accounts payable
- Strong ERP experience required
- Ability to analyze, develop and implement responses to operational process challenges
- Adherence to SOX standards and procedures
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify issues and solutions
- Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
