Description
Corewell Health East is seeking a visionary and dynamic Medical Director to lead one of our specialty service lines across our Southeast region. This is a unique opportunity for a clinical leader who is passionate about driving growth, fostering collaboration, and shaping the long-term strategic direction of healthcare delivery. The Medical Director will serve as a key partner to administrative and clinical leaders, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence
The medical director will serve as the physician executive of the enhanced regional service line, working closely with a dyad operational partner. Working with clinical teams across CHE, the medical director will provide strategic guidance of the service line while supporting organizational priorities and physicians in providing exceptional patient care.
We anticipate a paid time commitment of 0.4 FTE in this inaugural role.
In addition to the service line medical directorship, we expect the development of subspecialty medical directorships to support the service line.
