We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Corporate Care team.

This role is all about helping our customers and supporting our wider teams behind the scenes. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure customer requests are dealt with accurately and on time.

You'll have a varied workload, from processing customer requests and solving problems to helping improve the way we work. If you enjoy being organised, working with people and delivering great service, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer requests accurately and within agreed timescales
• Supporting colleagues across Customer Care, Sales and specialist teams
• Taking ownership of customer queries and helping to get them resolved
• Keeping customer records up to date
• Using different systems and processes to support customer accounts
• Building knowledge of our products, services and processes
• Working with colleagues across the business to make sure customers receive the support they need
• Looking for ways to improve processes and make things easier for customers and colleagues
• Making sure work is completed in line with company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and helping others
• A team player who can also work independently when needed
