Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk entail:

• Completing credit applications
• Contact trade and bank references on credit applications
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Completing tax forms
• Answer and direct calls using the multi-line phone system as needed
• Approve credit releases for customers as needed
• Reconcile all invoices billed as cash or through third party vendors as needed

Requirements

Requirements to be an Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 10 pounds
