What You'll Do

As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading every aspect of store operations while creating an environment where both customers and team members thrive. You'll set the standard for customer service, operational excellence, and team performance while ensuring the store consistently meets company expectations.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to balance daily operations with long-term business goals. You'll partner closely with fellow managers, Home Office departments, and vendors to maintain a well-run, profitable location while developing a team that takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store employees to create a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members while ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked store.
• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Manage inventory by ordering merchandise, monitoring stock levels, minimizing shrink, and ensuring product availability.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotional displays, and seasonal programs to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, banking, and financial controls to protect company assets.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including age-restricted sales and health regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards, addressing maintenance needs, and protecting employees and customers.
• Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the company in a professional manner.
• Analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
