Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Gather, validate, and analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to address reporting and analytical requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related function.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or work experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or analysis.
- Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Experience working with financial systems or reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
