Human Resources Advisor – Employee Experience & Business Partnership
What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support.
- Partner with managers on employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on performance, employee relations, workplace accommodations, and organisational effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and support team development and engagement initiatives.
- Drive annual HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, compliance, training, and compensation programs.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including requisitions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support workforce decisions.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities to improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and initiatives.
What you need
- Required: Strong communication, interpersonal, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Required: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Required: Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
- Required: Experience coaching managers and supporting HR programs.
- Required: 2-5 years of HR experience in a professional environment.
- Required: 1+ year of experience using Workday.
- Advantage: Experience supporting multiple client groups in a fast-paced organisation.
- Required: Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.

Salary Range:
$56,200.00-$74,900.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
