What your role will look like
- Act as the primary recruitment partner for your stakeholder groups, providing market insights and guidance that support informed hiring decisions.
- Build a strong understanding of business priorities, workforce needs and talent trends to shape effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and attraction to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide objective recommendations that support quality hiring decisions.
- Create and maintain positive candidate relationships, ensuring a professional and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through recruitment events, networking activities and internal hiring capability building.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working to enhance efficiency, quality and stakeholder experience.

The skills you bring
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a professional services, corporate or agency environment.
- Recruitment sourcing tools and social media channels: Proficient / Independent use.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English & French. German is considered as an asset
