Description
- Responsible for production management for HSCA or Jumper products;
- Ensure production safe at any time;
- Responsible for all basis training and re-education (not include technical);
- Supporting no reached target analysis items of PPM (Part Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectives), and tracking;
- Lead Workshop and CIT include any type of cost reduction;
- Through management and Tools skill, ensure PPM, external complaints be reduced minimum;
- With advanced process establish assessment of Phase 4, and suggest how to solve;
- Reduce direct labor and improve PPH include any type of cost saving ;
- Ensure production process be effective and usually audit in house;
