As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.16 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate access records.
• Monitor access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and other security-related equipment; report irregularities or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating communications with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Maintain a professional lobby presence, answer incoming calls, provide directions, and support a welcoming environment at a commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
