Senior Financial Analyst Provider Compensation

Job Summary

The primary focus of this role is to support the day-to-day operations of the provider compensation team.

Essential Functions

• Performs day-to-day activities to support the administration of provider  compensation plans, including resolving issues, questions, and concerns pertaining to select clinical service lines
• Performs financial analyses and modeling to advise decision-making for clinical and operational leadership to maintain market competitiveness
• Partners with department clients / providers and internal finance, legal, and HR customers to address issues and conduct collaborative problem-solving
  Partners with Recruitment to develop standard materials related to the extension of provider offer and onboarding
• Advises upon and supports the implementation of special projects as required, including addressing changing market demands for compensation and the communication of various compensation programs / practices with a focus on change management
• Partners with team and the Manager of Finance/Provider Compensation to develop standard deliverables, including those relating to annual budgeting & benchmarking process
• Supports Fair Market Value review process for select clinical service lines, including the assessment of compensation in relation to productivity and other market factors

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, finance, business administration, economics, statistics or related field
• 3 years of relevant experience Finance, accounting or related work

• Preferred
• Master's Degree Business or finance

• Formal or informal leadership experience

• LIC-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - STATE_MI State of Michigan
